We are currently seeking a Software Engineer for our client in Parkville, MD.

The successful candidate will:
-Develop and maintain current research software base
-Assist in designing/refactoring the software code base for production use
-Be involved with testing, deployment and support of production code
-Suggest ways to more effectively accomplish our computerized tasks

Requirements:
-Programming experience in C/C++ and MATLAB
-Experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
-Experience working with a large body of legacy code
-Experience with modern software development tools (revision control, testing frameworks, build scripts/tools, issue/bug/defect tracking, collaborative tools, etc)
-Technical undergraduate or Master’s Degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc)
-Working knowledge of financial data  (Bloomberg, Reuters, FAME, FactSet, …)
