We have an immediate need for Senior Microsoft Professionals

 We have positions located in Baltimore, Maryland for full time and contractual employees, tell us your preference.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding group and become a key contributor.

Successful candidates must:

• Be steeped in the Microsoft way of doing things – especially application architecture
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Microsoft platform through past and recent certifications (MCAD, MCSD, etc.)
• Boast deep C# and SQL Server skills having worked on enterprise level web and desktop applications
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of focused Microsoft development experience
• Be self motivated and managing
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of interfacing with all levels of an organization
• Have a consultant verses contractor mentality and be customer service minded and flexible by nature
• Enjoy solving problems and be team oriented
• Silverlight experience would be a nice to have
